HARDTOP 3000S

I wondered if anybody produces grp hardtops for 3000S cars or has a mould for them.
I would think if so they would be untrimed and no Clips as each car is different.

I believe DG has (or had) a mould for the 3000s hardtop.

Hi Jim,
many thanks. I have heard that DG made a batch of Hardtops for a group of 3000S owners.
So i sent an E-mail to DG and got a reply that they can't supply hardtops, so i imagine they don't have the Mould anymore.
I also sent an E-mail to "Black cat Panels" ex TET but also got a negative reply.
I wonder if someone bought the Mould from them, i hope it was not scrapped which would be a pity.
I'm not in a panic for a Hardtop but if one came along even in rough condition it would be very nice to have.

You're right but i'm greedy and i also have a 1976 3000M. The 3000M is at a paintshop at the moment being tarted up ha ha ha.

Nice to have Alan even if only used now and again many ladies have a hat that only gets worn on special occasions a 3000s is a special Lady so why not
This one i am led to believe was one of the first made if not the first one now adjusted to actually work and fit.

there was also one for sale on FB TVR not that long ago, for not much...but I believe was sold not long after.

Rene that was not a 3000s hard to that was one that someone had made for the later 80s S Series cars nothing like a 3000s one.

Ah yes, your right, it was for a S but not a 3000S so I guess such would not fit
