Apologies if this has ben covered before, but Martin #3 is currently on Ebay if you have deep pockets (Item 122982646352). There was one for sale last year somewhere in Scandinavia, I wonder if that was the same car ?

No it isn't the same car. Number 3 was sold via Amos Roney a few years ago and has since been rebuilt, I think the one that was for sale in Scandinavia was number 7. Number 3 has now been sold and is in the hands of a long term TVR enthusiast and club member.

Not sure how up to date this is, if we are lucky Henry who owns number 5 may come along and update it as I know he has done some more recent research.

No 1 - Currently unlicensed
No 2 - Now in Germany
No 3 - This car
No 4 - Last seen in the Midlands in the early 1990s
No 5 - Alive and well and featured in Sprint March 2013
No 6 - No details known
No 7 - Currently unlicensed
No 8 - Demolished in a big accident at Mallory Park in 1986
No 9 - On SORN
No 10 - On SORN but believed to be undergoing restoration by the original owner.

There is a ML for sale in West Australia. It is set up for racing.
Check site my105.com for details.
$A30.000 seems good for all that goes with it, it is in great condition.

I tried checking that but it seems to be the world's slowest website. Is there a direct page link please ? Anyhow that means we've evidently now got just the one left in roadworthy condition here in the UK. frown

Well assuming that GAJon's 3000ML is roadworthy or close to it, there is also the white car Chris Gilpin restored that is now owned by Richard Beckman so that is two MLs in the UK. I think someone is confusing MLs and Martins.

So to refresh my memory,
what's the difference between a "MARTIN" and a "ML"
Sorry i'm still a bit of a TVR Virgin

The Martins were a ten off , 10 year anniversary special, all tobacco leaf brown with brown stripe and every conceivable extra available put on them.

The ML were earlier, and were a higher specification trim level to other Ms of the time, again 10 were marketed as MLS.

I think the ML spec just became the norm specification for Ms .

I saw i think it was a "ML" and it had a wood veneer Dashboard.
Do all "MLs" have a veneer Dashboard.

Yes, they had walnut veneer dash boards, but in true TVR fashion, they had variations on the dash layout.

Sorry for the delay replying.
Yes the site is slow but I found the car by going through: Google TVR3000M sales
Scroll down to TVR 3000M-My105 and it should come up.
The actual address is:www.my105.com.
Hope this helps.
