Just wondering are there any other early TVRs going down for the Display and dinner at Goodwood house.
My Vixen has been invited so will be there would be nice if others where as well if you can make it for the show itself send me an e mail i can sort a display pass just not a dinner.

I'm afraid i have let my membership go. It was all getting a little too "jolly hockey sticks" for me and a tad too commercial for my liking. I am also now further west and absolutely skint - which doesn't help!

I can see your point however whatever they do they will not please everyone however they certainly do put on some great events
I just wish they could repeat the first of the new Members Meetings before that became more commercial there where so few there i suspect that year they lost a fortune on the weekend
However it was amazing.

I don't want to come on here and moan about the Goodwood events. They are amazing and very well run. But I do think some of the atmosphere has been lost in recent years. That's probably more of a reflection on me than the Goodwood team. I'm sure you will have a great day out.

Saw your Vixen there yesterday and it looked fantastic! I didn't vote but yours and the Ace were my joint favourites of the display.
And yes, it was a great event (even without the lunch!).

Cheers Toney
My favorites where
This Lotus the owner bought a number of years ago on e bay as seen and drives it everywhere with a Coventry Climax engine

Then this little baby it was stunning and really nice restoration

Both little cars i dont know why us large blokes love little toys but they really where special.

I have to say they certainly do put together a very interesting display in comparison to the average car show where you end up walking past lines of nice examples of mass produced cars to find that rare example.
