3000S ignition switch
Discussion
A strange thing that only happens sometimes on my 3000S when i turn off the Ignition is that the Starter engages.
It's only sometimes and just for a couple of seconds.
I have thought to change the Ignition Switch which is fitted to the Steering column and is an easy job.
There are 7 wires to the Switch.
Can anyone tell me where the Switch comes from please
Alan

You may be better off by proving that it is the ignition switch at fault before buying one
Remove the crank wire from the ignition switch plug and add a temporary push button for starting, if the fault has gone away you will have proved it's the switch, if the fault is still there it must be something else supplying the crank wire
