bumper spacers 3000M

I wondered if anyone can give info about the spacers to fit chrome bumpers to my 1976 3000M.
I imagine they can made from alloy and need to be tapered. One between body and bumper and the other fitted on inside of body.
Does anyone have a sketch or dimensions.

They are cast aluminium blocks. These are a couple of spares from my 3500m project.

Many thanks for the info and sizes. I will do some trial fits before the 3000m is painted or the bumpers are finished.

Hi,out of interest and for future reference do Granturas use a similar set up.(I,ve got a spare rear n/s if of interest to anybody,would sooner swap for a different corner.Regards Baz
