I've just checked the Girling reference against their parts list and 64067621 is just listed as 'TVR' so it's not a 'part-bin' part which came off another car.
Is yours missing, or just knackered? If it's just knackered, people such as 'Past Parts' can refurb with a new stainless piston and bore liner:-

Unfortunately, mine's missing.
Would ideally like to fit the correct item and keep as original as possible. But as you say, this was only ever produced for TVR, so they will definitely be like rocking horse poo.
Anyone out there with a spare that they want rid of? .............. even one that needs refurbing?
Not expecting too many positive answers on that one!

I can't recall what was on my Griffith 200, but there really aren't many master cylinder differences. You have a few different bore sizes, and you have with or without reservoir. I haven't moved my Mk 2a to the new house yet, so I can't look at that one either. Do you have both, the Mk3 and a Griff?

I think once you know the dia for the master cylinder you can find a new one.
The only difference on some cars is the length of the rod which you can shorten or make longer as required to have a little free play when pedal is fully released. I've had this problem on a Lotus Elan +2 and i just put shims between master cylinder and pedal box.
