Differential Grantura MK3 1963
Discussion
I think it would be an MGA/early MGB differential in your car, which I am assuming is the very nice looking dark blue one shown on the German TVR pre-80s site http://tvrpre80s.de ?
There is a useful list of the ratios used for various cars here http://mgaguru.com/mgtech/rearaxle/ra201.htm.
Looks as though there was a 3.909 for the early MGB which, if you can locate the correct crown wheel and pinion, should give you a quieter ride on the motorways.
Hope this helps.

yes that's my car. thank you. I just installed the weber and a differential noise "clac' clack..."
Today my Grantura always wants to go faster 5000 tr/minutes...it's too much for long drive
Thank you for help. Greg
