I drove this today - would it make a good promo car?

I’d love to get a second opinion on whether this is worth the money. It’d be my first ever classic car.

I’m an unusual buyer in that I have only one purpose for the car: I’d like to put my company logo on it, in order to catch the eye of my customers, who live in central London. I’ll drive it for 1-2 miles a day in London, maybe more at weekends. Because of what I want it for, I guess I only care about three things:
1) the way it looks (the 3000M looks good to me)
2) buying at roughly the right price, more or less
3) being able to re-sell it for roughly what I paid for it - and that’s the bit I’m not sure about.
I actually drove this 3000M today and it seemed OK, as did the dealer, though I’m no expert. There was a tiny bit of blue smoke on the overrun, but not big clouds. We only drove it for about ten minutes.
Any thoughts much appreciated.

No not a city car IMOP
Sitting outside with the company logo on wont do it any good.
These are Drivers cars and need regular TLC to maintain at a good level
If that's not done then value will drop.

Thank Andrew and Philpott for your replies. I reckon you're both right.I think I was probably doing the old man-maths trick of asking for advice but secretly wanting affirmation!
But I ought to make more mention about the dealer, Amos at AC Roney, as in my original post I described him as "OK", when in fact he was better than merely OK. He went out his way to accommodate me and didn't give me any hard sell. He's someone I'd buy off in future, even if this car probably isn't the right one for me, so I ought to give him his due here.

Jason. My thoughts are as above. Seems a very nice car based on description & photos. I don't know the seller so can't offer feedback but he's been around a long time selling TVR's so should know enough to only be selling good genuine cars. The price seems very fair to me, I'd even expect it to be a touch higher.
Personal taste for me is that I don't care for the vinyl roof. I think it would be prettier without it. Not sure how others feel but may be why it's priced as is.
As above comments, it's not practical to drive 1-2 miles per day. The choke would be forever on and the engine would get coked up quickly, become difficult to start and lurchy when running, you'd get bored of this so it would sit there and deteriorate very quickly. Personally I've run a TVR 1600M for 6 years as my only and every day car. I loved every minute but that's me. No reason that you may not feel the same. However, it's not a modern car which can be neglected. It would need constant attention to maintain it. Damp easily gets in during the winter, heaters are often lacklustre and certainly won't dry it out. It usually takes the blower 30 minutes to clear a misted up screen. It's not an easy car to jump in, drive and forget, so may not be for you.
