waterpump 3000s

i saw a small leak from the waterpump on my 3000s and removed the waterpump.
This is what i found

The outlet return from the heater completly blocked and the the waterpump bearing knackered.
No Wonder the auto choke was not working correctly and the heater was crap

just an update,
well i have fitted a new waterpump and WOW the heater works fantastic. I imagine now coolant is flowing well the autochoke will now work also.
I also fitted a gearbox support, MANY THANKS to Adrian and a nice bit of kit.
I had a nice surprise also, no noise when i depress the clutch now. I think the gearbox was touching the support and when i depressed the clutch the vibration was passing by the clutch cable.
