Steering Wheel Spacer or Quick Release 102mm x 6PCD?

Looking ideally for a bolt on quick release boss to fit Triumph TR6 derived steering column in a TVR 3000m, could live with just a spacer 50-70mm depth but the problem is there's nothing available, all seems to be 70mm x 6pcd, cant even find a 102 to 70 adaptor plate.

Trying to avoid the weld on option if possible.
