There is not a workshop manual as such available, mine is a 1600M so i have a manual for cortina GT and a Triumph TR6 manual which I use as my engine and box are ford and the running gear is Triumph TR6.
The TR6 manual I have on electronic format and have sent a copy on disc to many fellow M owners / Phers and would be happy to send you one if you want to mail me your details. By the way I do not charge for this as I have had many a favour from the guys on this forum.
