Custom exhaust manifold for Duratec engine
Discussion
I'm having great fun with my recently acquired Duratec powered Vixen but the exhaust manifold has blown a weld and stinky gasses have been getting into the car. I've made a temporary fix but I'm thinking I may look at having a professionally made 4-2-1 manifold fabricated.
Can anyone recommend someone who can do a good quality job? The exhaust system is mild steel so I may stick with that or take the opportunity to switch to stainless.
I'm in Somerset and I'm guessing the car will need to be made available to get the fit and clearances right.
Thanks
Simon

I`ve just made a equal length manifold for a cross flow ford powered vixen, drop me a line if you think I could help.

if you have a manifold you can send me, and some photos and a few dimensions for clearances then I wouldn't need the car, the vixen manifolds I`ve just finished didn't require the car at all.
I can see two Taimar Essex manifolds winging their way to you VERY soon!!Actually, Ive already got a stainless drivers side manifold, its just the passenger side that I need, but they may as well both be super shiny!!

An update having just picked up my Vixen with its fancy new 4-2-1 stainless manifold made by our very own Clive F.
It's such a massive improvement on the previous manifold, looks, fits and even sounds great!
And a very big thumbs for Clive for such great customer service. Thanks to Clive and also to Colin at TVRSW who was very helpful with the removal, investigation and fitting of the new unit.
This was the previous set up
