Forgot to add that the meet was like club meets used to be 10 years ago. I parked up and people spoke to us even though the car is scruffy. I now a couple of the dutch guys, great laugh.

Tents? We stay at a four star hotel for about €40...

Saw your car and never realised that was you. I was parked nearby, next to Thorpy's Tuscan racer. Next year I'll look out for you.

Yes Jos, thanks. Before I left on Saturday, I undid the vent cap on the float chamber and the car ran at 80 mph all the way. Typical

Wait til next year. And tell the Klingon to email me with any parts he wants, I can build him a whole new car!

Then we'll finally get that long-awaited battle of the S'S (and don't mispronounce that) on the Zolder circuit.
prepare for an alien invasion once we get Klingon back on track.

Yes, in 1982, 83, 84, 86, 94, 99 and 2000 and 2001. All other years something happened to spoil my fun and in 99, 2000 and 2001 I was in the BMW.

Germinator -

You undid the float chamber vent after we ALL told you that it couldn't POSSIBLY be the problem!

So apart from the fact that it is all running right now what makes you think you have found the problem?

Glad you sorted it!

Yeah, never listen to other peoples advice, even when you ask for it.

Next job is to fit smaller jets and a bigger fuel pump but I've got a whole year to do that in

I never had a meal voucher to leave behind the bar in the first place; I found out that if you go in the door before the entrance on the right and .... yeah, you get the picture

Assuming I make it to Heerlen next year, crisps, caviar, Bollinger, Taitinger etc will be on me (assuming I have enough left over from my new fuel pump).
