Hi all,

Not strictly (at all) kit car related but you guys always seem to know these things. I'm after a set of 16" alloys for my 240Z and ideally I'd like to retain the Wolfrace slotmag look that it has at the moment. I've done a google but the biggest I could find mention of was 15" which won't let me fit some ruddy great brake discs in that I want.

I'm considering custom Image/Europa Spares spilt rims as a possibility if I can't find any originals but then I'd have to sell of a fair few vital organs to purchase them

Cheers,
Rob

Hi Rob,

Problem is that slot mags date back to a time when 15" was THE big diameter.

However, the slot mag will probably always be popular with hot rodders, and ET introduced 16" versions a few years back, so might be worth checking out ads in Custom Car or Street Rodder.

Otherwise the split rim Image wheels you mentioned might be your only option.

Thanks Graham, kinda what I thought then.

Have you got a link at all to these ET characters you speak off, preferably not related to bizarre hoover looking aliens Doing a google for ET and Wheel tends to get a bit bogged down with details about offsets.

I'll check out some Hot rod mags when I'm next down my local non-lending library

Cheers,
Rob
