Didn't Tim Dutton do a similar thing based on a MK3 Fiesta which he sold on and then disappeared - 'Novus' rings a vague bell?

so he's rolled his Fiesta, a bit short of cash, so just cut the crumpled roof off and using a bin-liner to stop the seats getting wet? I'd rather drive a Sinclair C5
