Sorry Ted, This is a FORUM " A place of general dissusion" and I personally feel that if you are going to lock threads that you feel are likely to attract legal implications you should look at Speed, Plod and the Law, Nearly every post/reply in this section advises on how to, Find a loophole, Flaunt, or get over the Law, Or commit Perjury! Or ridicules authority.
Den can be over zealous with his opinions at times, But, what he says is undoubtedly fact, he's not that naive! The other party to the dissusion has every opportunity to answer!!!
The post, Fingers in Pies, was not, in my opinion, a deliberate goad, but a genuine desire to know the truth. It is not subject to the official secrets act, and is therefore open to general dissusion.

I've made a simple request that this subject be dropped because I don't want to have to analyse every post to assess the legal implications.

Put yourself in my shoes and you'd soon get very tired of this subject dominating what could otherwise be a fascinating exchange of views and information about the kit car world.

Here I am yet again having to justify my simple guidelines for use of the forums.
