Someone somewhere must make race car windscreens such as one used by Ultima etc.

Anyone have any links please?

From his avatar he looks spot on for a custom screen!
Thanks, Graham.

If you want plexi glass or polycarbonate then speak to CKP Acrylic. If you want bespoke laminated glass then Pilingtons in Queenborough can help ask for Peter. Expect to pay 3K tooling for drape form tool and maybe 5-6K for a glass checking fixture. Should be E marked if the screen is a standard shape.

Excellent, and thanks for the leads.
The screen is for a race car, but I must check the Blue Book to see if i have to have glass or can get by with plexiglass.

If one of the screens that Phil's company actually holds in stock doesn't suit, Phil can organise a specially made one for you, he knows which firms can, and more to the point, are willing, to do so. Speak to him, he is in the business of supplying windscreens and I really don't think you will get a better deal or service anywhere else.

Hi all, I know this tread is old now but I have a roof chopped car and could do with some help. I need 75mm cut from the top of a standard screen but a bespoke made for the rear.
