Scrappies in Surrey

Do they exist? I'm in Woking - wltm friendly scrappie with a set of steel wheels to fit a Ford. We're ready to put the n-gin in the XTR2!

Do you need them for good or just for a short period of time.

I have a set of 14" wheels sat in the garage waiting for the ebay highest bidder to pick them up but he keeps putting it off.
