Dax Rush

i am thinking of buying a dax rush, with a cossie engine in it! anyone either got one or knows what they are like for performance or handeling?

it depends if you have the quadra (4wd version) or not,
You have to remember that the delivery of the cossie is very sharp ie. @ 3,000rpm the bhp doubles in the space of 100rpm, very unsettling in such a light car, i have heard of tuned examples being nigh on undriveable in 2wd form.

4wd are awesome though, practically unbeatable. is it for private use or racing?

I know a chap with a 4WD one - scorching performance but he complains that if you drive any distance on a hot day it cooks you (that was his excuse for not driving it down to Le Mans)

try mailing enginearin from this site, he has a cossie turbo'ed dax.
