What Pisses Me Orrf
Discussion
I know, I know. It's been done before but my spleen needs venting.
What pisses me off is....
People who drive with their rear fog lights on because they're too stupid to realise it's July and there hasn't been any fog since February.
People who drive with their front fog lights on 'because it looks cool'.
Kit-car manufacturers and parts sellers who don't include vat in their prices.
Er, that's it for now.
Over to you.................

VAT stopped me buying a Stylus in the first place, had to go for a Striker instead..... I totally agree with you, bloody frustrating.
By the way, it's October mate, July was a few months ago....
I'm with you on this Flintsone - the VAT thing really get on my tits. How many kit car buyers can seriously claim the VAT back on their purchase?? Not many, and I'm sure the ones that do (can't think of any) will own a calculator to do their tax returns anyway.
I view prices without VAT with a 'what else are they trying to hide' viewpoint and was dissapointed when GTM's new site changed to having +VAT recently (they were so straightforward before)..
I'm calm now..
Chris.

why do they have to keep changing the months?
Flintstone mate,
Perhaps you’d better re-check that roster
Exeter is in November
Are you quite sure you can’t make it, cos you’re breaking Mark’s heart .

Ok boys, joke's over. I'm now officially worried. If I hear one hint of Mark's 5exi being painted pink I'm out of here
I know Exeter's in November Dan, so's my bloody November roster!
Flip! Damn! Blast! Goldarnit! (Six year-old daughter reading over my shoulder so I can't say what I really mean).

How about...
People with soft tops that don't put it down on nice sunny days
Forget just sunny days, the only reasons to put the hood up are:
a - The cars parked and it's raining
b - The rain is turrential and the traffic is slow.
Otherwise the hood should be down at all times!

hi guys, forgive my ignorance but what is happening in exeter in november?
It is "The Great Western Kit & Sports Car Show" (doesn't that make it sound good) on at Exeter, Wespoint. 15th & 16th of November.
Try this site:
www.kitcar-shows.co.uk
Should be a big event.
Spread the word!

Did I hear right that you need 225/40/17 tyres for your car? I've got a set of brand new 235/40/17's (Mich's) would these fit?.
And did I hear you gave up biking due to pier pressure?
Don't need tyres at the mo. I was just trying to point out that some competition prizes are useless unless you have a specific need. (no names, but you know what I'm on about)
As for the biking thing, that's not quite the truth.
I had an accident in Oct 02 when I came off on some diesel. Driver untracable by Police etc. I've now got 14 srews, 2 plates and a wire in my right elbow along with a f*** off big scar. Oh yeh, and I caught this thing called MRSA while in the hospital.
Not put off I got another bike (as you do)in May this year. While out with a mate (in Aug)on some roads neither of us had been on before, I came to an unmarked junction. Now that day luck just wasn't on my side. It's nearly 8pm, local country roads, view ahead is clear, no sign for the junction until you round a slight bend, then a stop sign.
I've shown a few people the photo's since and no-one spots the junction without studying the photo's.
Anyway I overshoot the junction, straight into the side of the only car that has passed for about 10 minutes. If he wasn't there I'd of just gone straight over & carried on. Bummer!!
BTW in neither case was I speeding or doing anything stupid. Strange that, 'cause I can't say I'm the most law abiding rider on the road.
I think it's time for a change . . . .
Mrs Ex-Biker didn't take too kindly to a couple of suggestions I was given: "Just buy a bike for track days" and "Get yourself a decent off roader".

I know what you mean.... I gave up a few years ago as I kept feeling I was about to have a big one.... also my uncle (very mature sensible rider) had a car take him out, it turned down a no entry road and of cause wasn't insured..... my Ulncle lost his business because he couldn't walk for nearly two years.
Anyhow I'm currently giving it another go with my Duke, but I still don't feel 100%.
My wife would never allow me near the track on a bike after my major crash on track in my cossie a few years ago.
