I've also spotted an advert in KitCar for Midas Cars, for sale by www.shm.co.uk by order of the liquidator But there's no mention of it on the website (I'm pretty sure it's been mentioned on PH at some stage though)

I have spotted in the past an advert for the Sherpley Motor Company. IIRC it was for sale due to the death of it's founder.

Now if I had a lottery win I could easily become a kit car manufacturer

I know but if I had the big lottery win I'd have to keep myself busy!
Anyway, there's a good chance that to make a small fortune in kit car manufacturing the best way is to start with a big fortune.
