Panoz kit car?

There's a Panoz Esperante chassis c/w engine and gearbox for sale on findit.co.uk and it's got to be a great start for a kit car for someone! Wouldn't know what to do with it, but £7500 seems like nothing!

I doubt it's particularly light, even in it's stripped down state, but it'd make a great project for automotive design students to put a body on.
