There was an ultima 6L at york dragstrip yeaterday,it was the first time ive seen one getting some abuse.It was getting some tyre smoke with those 335 tyres.Its times were quite respectful aswell,does anyone know what weight they are ? also there was a fugetive (lookalike)it was built for circit racing carrying a 500bhp chevy with 250bhp of gas. That could move but they never managed to race each other..

The ultima that was at york was running from low 13s into low 12s but did manage an 11.9 and i THINK the terminal speed was around 125 ish it looked the part sounded lovley and couldnt get traction for the first 70 foot but i thought it would have been quicker than that as i have a rover in my jeep and ran a 12.2@109 i know my jeep doesent look anywhere neer as good as an ultima but at a tenth of the price i get some cheep thrills. I would like to see an ultima round a track though that would show its true colour..

I think it says :There was an ultima racing, AND ALSO a fugitive type thing that was for circit racing that had 500bhp and 250bhp of nitrous. im sure i wrote something like that so im sorry if you think im lying. I take it you must have an ultima ! why dont you come along to york and show us how fast yours will do (sunday 14th sept) and see what cars you can beat.
