Finally got my garage finished, and now looking to fill it. Unfortunately it's come up a tad short, so I need to know how long a Caterham is (as I understand they're slightly shorter than their copies).

Caterham also did something with more complete body work (? the 21). Anyone any idea how long they are, and whether they're rare as hen's teeth? The wife wants something pretty, which apparently the 7 isn't..

Dont even think about the 21.

Get an Elise instead.

Plus your other half will think it looks great (all girls do).

Caterham is 3.4m long with spare wheel or 3.1m without. It'll fit in a tiny garage or in my case one that doubles as a utility room (i.e. washing machine, tumble drier and freezer all fit in there as well). The Caterham 21 is pretty rare - it is basically a seven chassis with a different body.

Nope, doesn't like it. Likes Tivs tho...

Edit: Lots of spare space in the garage too.

If you want a Seven with bodywork, the Fury/Stylus/Ginetta cars are well worth a look instead. The 21s I've seen seemed awfully overpriced due to their "rarity" value.
