Cater-fields engine choices?

Can either of these take the Yamaha R1 engine as an option?

Also can you change from a X/flow or K-series to bike engine without too much hassle?

No a Caterfield but a Sylva Striker, smaller and lighter with the R1 engine fitted.

you can make any engine fit anything, whether it will work or not is a different matter! bike engine's in 7's has been done, so i doubt it would be a huge problem, but I'd say check costs first (reverse gear/drive train).
