Gutted.......100%

And that's 25mph into a 5 foot wide tree.

Swerved to avoid hitting a pheasant and drove my pride and joy into a 400ft high, 6 foot wide oak tree, the guy behind me said I should have just hit it.

John Raffo is gonna kill me ........ I feel bloody sick.

Gutted for you mate, if you hit the bird it'd make a mess of the front but not as much as that.

Bloody birds, and people wonder why I shoot them a) they taste nice, b) keep em off the bloody roads.

Feel really sorry for you, I know how much work goes into getting there in the first place and how difficult it is to reapair a one piece bodyshell!!

Piece of advice from someone who lives on a farm, don't swerve for anything smaller than a Sheep!!

Really sorry for you. Whatever people say it's bloody hard not to swerve when you don't really have much time to react. Instincts are to try and take avoiding action.

Hope you get it back on the road soon.

Bad news Steve was a really nice car. On the positive note you're fine so the car did its job. Not much consolation I know.

Steviejay,

Bad luck matey, really feel for you. If it isn't able to be fixed, make sure you get that insurance company to pay you what it's worth.

Good luck,

Mark
