Does any body hear know of somewhere I can get hold of them cheap?

AVO shocks seem cheapish, there is also another brand advertised in Which Kit and the like, can't remember the name though.

hi does any body hear have any second hand dampers/springs or know of some whaer I could get hold of such items

14" extended 10" compresed

and springs frount 200 to 220lb
rear 180 to 200lb

do you really want cheap or good value? .. on light cars cheap dampers make the ride harsh, you lose traction and life can generally be quite unpleasant. Try Guy at Nitron for good value dampers that work well and give great ride quality also .. 01993 849449 .. tell him joolz at joospeed sent you
