Just in the process of buying my first Westfield, but it has the standard Westfield steering wheel on it. I would like to change to a quick release hub and wheel. Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of a nice wheel to get, was thinking of Momo or Sparco, but am open to suggestions! Also, does anyone know of a good supplier in the South-east.
Thanks,
Adam

I've got a Momo Model 26 (260mm - they come in 250 -> 290mm) which is very comfy and easy to grip. Also have a Sparco 3 bolt Q/R boss both purchased from Grand Prix Racewear, you can buy mail order or pop into one of the outlets, South-East would be Chiswick - Postal Code W4 5PY.

I second the race-tech suggestion, just bought a wheel and boss from them - superb quality (they supply most of the F1 teams....)

With the Racetech Q/R hub, does it need to be welded on, or is it a bolt on job?

The splined bit needs to be welded onto the steering column. Although hassle, this is not a bad thing. For the best that you get this done professionally being quite safety and all!

Make sure you specify the diameter of the splined bit as it welds on to the end of the column. They do several sizes.
Also, check the size of boss and wheel are compatible.
