Steve,
Thanks, if I had the money I'd definately take a look at the LMP, a future investment maybe.
Then again, if your looking for a Test Driver in a few years I'm only a phone call away, just need to get some qualifications in the meantime
Good luck at the show, I should think there will be alot of interest shown, I've told my mate to pop over for a start.
And again, fantastic car. I love it, especially the looks, makes me go all weak at the knees
Regards
Graham

Steve, that's very kind, I'd love that!!!
There are a few tracks which I wouldn't think twice about going to as they are my 'closest' (but over 1hr's drive) there's: Brands, Castle Combe, Goodwood, Thruxton, and Snetterton if I go and stay with my sister. I'll probably attend quite a few track days next year as I need all the experience I can get under my belt.
I've linked to your site on my site and will keep a close eye on your site for dates and developments.
BTW, the V8 powerplant sounds like a beast, that should sound beautiful at 10,000 rpm
Regards
Graham

or look at the home page of this forum cost of kit around £13k total outlay approx £16k
Steve, just a short question, the instruments in the photo shown seem obscured by the steering wheel. Will the final version be more centrlly mounted or is it just the angle of the photo?

Smeagol,
The instruments on the show car were straight off the donor bike (hence the damage) and were placed according to the original 310mm wheel that was on the car prior to the show.
We then fitted a quick release hub and a 280mm wheel, which obscured the instruments! We didn't have time to change this for the show, hence their 'unusual' position... Unfortunately this proved to be quite misleading for people that didn't speak with us at the stand (we didn't get the opportunity to explain) and we took some criticism for it.
The whole interior of the show car did not in any way represent the quality of the production car interior. We just hope that people realise this and are willing to look at the LMP again when we've ironed out all the bugs.
Fact is, we had commited to the show and paid rather a lot of money for the stand. We had to put a car on it! We debated long and hard about whether it was better to allow people to sit in the car or whether we should cover the interior. Obviously we chose the former and I'm glad we did. Once people were in the car it gave us the opportunity to explain our aims for the production vehicles. It also let them get a feel for the driving position and those of a taller stature were quite impressed that they fitted! (We had someone of 6' 4" in it and he said there was room to spare...)
Anyway, it was a rather successful show for us and thanks to everyone who visited the stand.

Thanks steve. I think the photos look great (unfortunately couldn't make the show ). I presume you're going to the major kit cars shows this year. Do you have two cars on the go? you seem to have a black one and a blue one? (both look good)

Yes, we'll be at the major kit car shows this year. Just choosing our stand for Stoneleigh at the moment - we'll have 2 cars on that - one SVA'd the other with the aero-kit.
Aside from Stoneleigh, we'll be attending a few others as well as a load of track days. Keep your eye on our web-site for the confirmed dates.
