Find strong suspension and billet for 500hp car

I am looking to build a supercar with 500 horsepower plus using a V10.

I need strong suspension and billet upright ( whole syspension wheel area etc)

I do not want to kill myself so was looking for the right kit. I have looked at caterham suspension etc but looks not overly strong. I heed something i can thrash and be safe.

Do I need to fabrictae myself out of tubing and if yes any idea of sixe of tubing wall thickness etc.

I was trying to relicate a lamborghini configuration suspension.

Any help would be great.

A simple Google search for “billet aluminium suspension upright” reveals myriad choices, many of which look a bit suspect, but some are clearly very high quality.

That said, with the greatest respect, if you’re asking an internet forum for info on tube sizes and wall thickness, should you really be building your own car? There are a couple of self-build threads on PH and it’s clear that the builders are extremely knowledgeable about material technology, vehicle dynamics, fabrication, CAD, and a hundred other attributes that the rest of us can only dream about.
