I'm looking for a company that owns and maintains Lotus 7 based cars for track day hire or co-ownership. Please let me know if you know of anyone that provides this service.

I'm looking for cars available at a number of different tracks, rather than say, PalmerSport at Bedford Autodrome that only offer Caterhams for hire at Bedford.

bookatrack.com have a caterham superlight you can hire for the day or half day.
its reasonably priced and i am fairly sure you can ask htem to bring it to wihchever venue you want to play at!
