Bye Bye Stoneleigh

I see on Steve Hole's TKC website that the National Kit Car Show (AKA Stoneleigh) is moving to the Three Counties Showground near Malvern.

That means it's too far for me from Suffolk for a nice day trip. I suppose a new venue was required with HS2 ripping up parts of the National Agricultural Centre.

it's "only" an extra 100 miles round trip.
an hour or so each way?
£30 in fuel?

or go to Newark instead? its a bit closer than Stoneleigh anyway.

Look on the bright side: give it another year or two and they'll be able to hold it in almost any pub car park, so they'll be able to move it around so that everybody gets a turn.
