Clio engine

Hi, I have a Clio engine in a part built “ special” that I have bought , I was told it has a cable clutch and it is a 16 valve engine, now on checking the clutch today I noticed that it has a hydraulic slave cylinder fitted, I think the engine is approx year 2000, does anyone have any idea what model the engine came out of ?, This is my first time dealing with this type of engine, many thanks David.

Year 2000 it will be the F4R out of a Clio 2 (phase 1) RS 172.
