Jago Geep

Hi, I am new to this today and I am looking for some direction. I recently acquired a Jago Geep with only a certificate of permanent export. I contacted DVLA regarding a new log book and they have sent me a V55/5 for completion. Problem is I don't have a certificate of conformity so i am unable to fill out the form. Is there a way around this? Or where would i get the information required to fill out this form? Any help would be gratefully received

Has it ever been registered before?

Apparently it has but the previous owner has lost the log book. When I spoke to DVLA they said it is registered as exported. I live in northern Ireland
