Which chassis paint?

I'm the very happy new owner of a Sylva/Raw Striker. Doing a bit of tidying up before it's back on the road and I'd like to give the underside a bit of attention. Some of it's a bit scraped and metal is visible, with surface rust. Other bits have several coats of paint of different vintages still.

What should I put over it? I'll probably strip the whole thing down come winter, but I feel like a half decent bodge now. Rub it down and slap POR15 over all of it? Is there a better chassis paint?

POR 15 is fine for chassis where it's not exposed to sunlight.

It's not so good on areas which get the sun as it 'chalks' or blooms on the surface. It doesn't degrade it's protection at all. It's just not as cosmetically appealing.
