oil temperature

I'm thinking I may need a thermostatically controlled oil cooler. I've just put the car on the road and after a 20 mile run at 70 on a motorway the oil temperature was a generally steady 115 C and water just over 90 C. I've not pushed on in it yet.
The car is a Jag 3.0 engine TVR but I don't think that matters.
