If you look closeley at the video 17 seconds in you can see Mrs Bonce playing with Moomin's tool.

Just like watching the real Benny Hill.

I showed the vid to a colleague who said:

"I was going to build a kit car once. I got as far as buying the front axle off an old Ford Cortina for £20.

And a book on F1 car design.

The Cortina axle rusted in the garden for years before I took it down the tip."

She looks like a character from Mary Poppins to me so I just have to say "apples and pears" in a cockney accent whilst mimicking the arm positions she has at that point of the clip and she goes bright red and tells me to off.
