Kit car registration in UAE

Afternoon folks,

I’m looking at building an Ultima in Abu Dhabi but I’m worried about the registration process, has anyone done this, or know someone who has?

It's tricky

One built here was registered under the table but that was 15 years ago.

If you import a kit with a new engine and get VIC with an engine number/chassis nimber, the way the factory five cobras are built here you have a chance.

If you want to use donner engine probably not.
