I just came across an article in a Jaguar club magazine I found online (no I'm not a member of any of those pompous "I'm doing alright" car clubs) , and in this particular issue there was a full page article on the owner of an Aristocat XK120. From what I know about them they are essentially a kit car, and compared to the Nostalgia replica they are quite a poor recreation at that, yet they seem to be praised and approved by Jaguar as a Jaguar replica than a "kit car". Why don't they do the same with the Wildcat E-Type, which imo is a far more authentic looking recreation than what the Aristocat is. I suppose it depends if jts got Jaguar components.
Speaking of Autotune (the company that made the kits), but I believe they are still in business. Just ashame JPR cars that made the Wildcat arent. We need more E-Type kits, but ones that are affordable and not silly money.
