Jag AJ30 what fuel pump as no rail return

Hi I have fitted a Jag AJ30 which has a single fuel line to rail and no return line. Original Jaguar pressure control is computer cdriven. I'd like to run in tank pump but need advice.

Hopefully a full 12v to the pump should give full flow and then a 3 port pressure regulator to sort every thing out and a return into the tank (connection already there)

Will you be running the original Jag ECU?
If so it may be expecting inputs from the fuel tank. Some systems have the fuel tank pressurised with associated sensors.

Not running the Jag ecu. Was going to just feed with 12v via the Emerald K6 ecu and fit adjustable regulator with return to tank.

Quite a few options for pumps with self contained regulator and single output. Any of the Alfa 166 family, Lotus Elise/Exige. I mention those as I’m using a 166 engine etc and intended using the fuel pump but am using an Exige tank and it didn’t fit....so got an Exige pump . It’s the Toyota item so there’s that whole line to look at as well.

I'm sticking with the Jag main pump and fitting a 3 port adjustable pressure regulator (not a cheap ebay one)
Running the excess into the connection that would have been used for the lift pump to main fuel tank. Also fitting a pressure sensor and dashboard gauge. I presume 3Bar is a good starting point?

simply run a fuel regulator T off the line to the fuel rail... the regulator then returns to the tank.

That's what a Noble does with an 044 or other bosch pump.

I've actually changed to this engine in my Noble (as its only the heads that are different between it and the Jag), going for 1000bhp with it
