I’m in the process of buying a Lotus MKVI replica chassis that is in unbuilt/un-started condition. I’m pretty sure that this is an HGM chassis and I was wondering if there are any other HGM owners or builders on this forum or anyone that remembers these cars? I have an original brochure I can try to scan/post-up.

I don’t know the precise numbers of chassis produced but I’m sure the number is very low.

Any information or history on these cars would be gratefully received.

Thanks,

George

Thanks for responding. Definitely not a Tiger HS6 as (amongst other things) that has double wishbone front suspension. The one I’m looking at uses the original split Ford 10 front swing axle.

Almost forgot I’d started this thread a while back, anyhow a few pictures of the bare chassis: -
