Can you identify this for me?

Seen on Saturday at Creswell Crags.
Flat twin engine. Union Jack badge one side England flag other side.

It's a Lomax kit ,based on 2CV mechanicals ,hence the flat twin.

Its a Lomax 223, 2cv based.

Thanks chaps, I have heard of the Lomax name somewhere just not remembered what they look like. I wondered if it was a 2cv chassis when I saw the Michelin X tyres together with the flat twin.

I had mine for 7 years, I enjoyed owning it greatly!

Most did use the original 2cv chassis, some (like mine) used a lomax custom galvanised chassis.
