X flow Engine Mount ?
Discussion
When taking my engine out this weekend, I've found that one of my engine mounts has had it. I've just rung Westfield, and they're uncertain what car it will have been off.
Any idea what engine mount this is off ? It might be a Cortina one, but any idea of year / model ?
My Westie is a 1990 SEi narrow body, and the engine mount is oblong in shape.
Also, where's good for X flow parts ? (incl exhaust and inlet manifold gaskets)

Nev,Peter LLoyd Rallying do uprated X flow engine mounts for not a lot. They have to dig them out of the dustiest box they have, but they are much better than the crappy standard mounts and although £30 ish,it becomes a fit and forget item. The standard mounts do slip and tear quite frequently.
Hi Nev,
Your engine mount sounds like Ford Cortina - I have a 1969 Morgan with a Cortina 1600 GT in it - mountings are shot but for info are oblong 3.5" x 1.75" x 1" ('ish) do these sound like yours ? Later X-Flow mountings say 1972 went to a round shape
As for the Ford X-Flow stuff, go buy a monthly magazine called "Classic Ford" from a decent newsagent and there are loads of adverts for suppliers in there. Also try Vulcan engineering (London I think) who are great with X-Flows.
Have Fun
