4x4 linelock

a mate of mine is looking for an electronic button operated line lock for his 4x4 dax, he wants to hold the car dead so he can build up the anti lag system before releasing the car. Is such a thing on the market ??

Viper, not sure but I think you are looking for a launch control system, as opposed to a line lock.

Line locks are usually for holding the front or rear brakes (depending on drive) to spin the wheels and warm the tyres.

Launch control will enable your friend to set a predetermined engine rev when giving the car full throttle, building up the anti lag. When the clutch is released, the launch control 'hands back' full engine control to the throttle.
