John Oxborrow - OX 7 car
Discussion
Have you got a copy of the 'Cars and Car Conversions' magazine that had an article on the car?
It was also covered by the UK kit car magazines (certainly by 'Which Kit'), but CCC was the more serious and reputable publication, and went into more technical detail.
Is it yours fitted with a BDA engine - the original, white car was, from memory?

I think you'll find that the chassis is fundamentally similar; it was just rebodied with a fully-enclosed bodyshell.
Unless my memory is playing up, 'Which Kit' magazine ran an article on the rebodied car (which I recall as being white in teh magazine article).
Probably a stupid question, but have you spoken to John Oxborrow himself? Last I knew, he was still active in Hillclimbing & Sprinting in the UK - he used to be a regular at Gurston Down.
