Carb service Derbyshire way

Evening all!

So I've recently sold my Chimaera and purchased a Fisher Fury instead, but the owner has told me that the twin carbs on it could do with a slight tune-up and some old school tweaking. Does anyone know of or have any experience with anyone who would do this sort of thing and a rough idea on cost?

I've also heard of Peter Burgess in Alfreton, does anyone have any experience with this chap?
