Early Gardner Douglas magazine road test?

Ok, not really sure if anyone can help me here, bit of a long shot, I'm sure some of you may have loads of old kit car mags from late 80's early 90's. I'm looking for info on a very early Gardner Douglas, reg number UOP 11H. It's red with silver stripes.
The DVLA need proof that it has been on the road, and Andy Burrows has told me the car was tested by a couple of kit car mags in the early days.
If anyone has a copy of a road test of the car I would very happily pay for a copy if at all possible.

Weren't the early GDs called RW427s??

Is it possible yours is one of those or is it definitely a GD? Think they changed in 1990 when Andy took over.
