Assuming you are looking at a '32 rod style car - have a look on here under Rods and Custom -

There are several companies making fibreglass versions. Worth looking into registration as currently you have a couple of options - new chassis/body = IVA, old chassis chopped/new body = IVA, old chassis unaltered (scimitar ?)/new body = MOT and re-register with new type. IVA could be intersting in this type of kit when you look at seatbelt points, interior projections and light positions.
