Not really a kit car is it?
More like a mega body kit.
Saw one of these body kits at Emsworth a couple of years ago.

Not this kit you wouldn't have seen. It's a fairly new one out. Rebody kits are now part of the kit car industry.

Certainly more towards the kit car than modding scene anyway, there are plenty of kits that are/were more about the way the car looks than how it performs, it all depends what floats your boat. I guess this is going to cost a lot less than buying a Sagaris.

Good thing is the mx5 has so many engine upgrade options at not to much money. Or v8 seems to be the option using the Lexus engine. The car is not supposed to be s sagaris in anyway. Looks very different to a sagaris when finished.

A Lexus V8 would certainly make it sound as well as look good smile

Few bits done today. Door skins loosely fitted. Front end all trimmed and vent holes cut.

Is this the kit which someone on here was making a couple of years ago? Someone in Europe? The front looks very familiar. If so, glad to see he's got it into production.

Get that Sagaris Rep outa here...

ONLY JOKING, read this a few seconds ago on that forum. I think it's a great effort, not fond of the Tuscan style lights on the front but the rear looks really good, sort of Aston Martin ish

Every car has traces of others - keep it up.

Since it is a hatchback, wouldn't there need to be some interior work done to make it work?

How difficult was the build?
