Very much looking forward to it. I'm going along accompanied by my 5 year old.
Hoping to narrow down the choices for my first build later this year. Want to have a close look at the Striker, another look at the Viento and have a look at Tiger's offerings. Hope to also see a Fury on their build agents stand. I like the way Tiger has put together a range of comprehensive kits, particularly the donor parts.
That said, shoehorning my gangly frame into any of these cars is likely to be the acid test!

I'll be heading down, most likely on Sunday.
I'm looking for my first build too, Striker is favourite for me at the mo having taken a good look at one at Donington last year. It's a smaller car than most Sevens (and MUCH smaller than the Viento), but I was surprised by the amount of cockpit space. The 4AGE engine looks pretty handy too.

If you are on the large size then I would say look at Viento or LWB Dax Rush. I am 6'4" and don't like the look of the Viento so went for the Rush.
Go over the specs with a company rep and find out what is and isn't included. Speak to the owners, they are very helpful and will tell you the bad bits as well as the good.
Stafford is not the best show, (which is one of the reasons Dax is not there) but is good for speaking to people and buying odds and sods.

Thanks for the tip - I'm 6'4" too. The Viento had bags of space but is a little "fatter" than the mainstream, a bit like the Xtreme. I've heard some very positive things about Luego, backed up by chatting with them at Stafford last year.
The Rush has always appealed, particularly, as you note, they do the LWB. Does it go together well?
I hear what you say about Stafford, but don't think I'll be able to make Stoneleigh this year.

It has done so far. There are a few suprises and "how the hell...?" but a qick mail to the owners mailing list provides a huge amount of feedback.
I guess this is pretty much the same for most kits though. On the down side Dax seem to have put the price of their parts up so making it a bit more expensive
Stafford's never this weekend already is it? Bugger. That means I've done precisely just short of bugger all in a year on my Libra.
Well, assuming the work I'm doing on Saturday doesn't blow things up I'll be there on Sunday to inspire me for an assault on the garage now that my ex has moved out.
